Our Process

Design Meeting
Choose your model, colors, and finishes. $500 design deposit schedules your consultation and locks in your build slot.

Build Begins
50% payment starts construction in our climate-controlled Texas facility. No weather delays. No surprises.

Final Payment
Final 50% is due one week before delivery. Your home is complete, inspected, and ready to move in.

Delivered to You
We coordinate transport, set the home on your foundation, connect utilities, and do a full walkthrough with you.
