Summit Dwellings are permanently installed, code-built structures, which means they qualify for a broader range of lending products than many alternatives. Common options include home equity loans or HELOCs (including RenoFi), construction-to-permanent loans, ADU-specific lending programs, and in some cases conventional or FHA financing. The right product depends on your land situation, credit profile, and goals. We help you figure that out.
Do I need to own land already to get financing? +
It depends on the loan type. Home equity and RenoFi-style products require you to already own property with available equity. Construction loans typically allow you to finance both land and the build simultaneously. If you're placing a Summit Dwelling as an ADU on an existing property you own, you have the widest set of options available to you.
What credit score do I need? +
